Keith Lichtman

Of Counsel

Keith Lichtman is a board-certified Atlanta-based attorney with over 14 years of experience as a trial lawyer. He has recovered over $20 Million for clients pursuing affirmative claims for a variety of tort and contract claims in jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations. In 2016, he was lead counsel in a jury trial in federal court that resulted in his client being awarded one of the largest verdicts in Georgia for that year. In addition to representing clients seeking compensation from others, he also has over 14 years of experience as a shareholder and partner for his prior law firm, defending various types of insurers and sureties, and brings this unique perspective to assist The Frankowski Firm and its clients with filing insurance claims consistent with what insurers require in order to have the claims investigated and paid as soon as possible.

In addition to serving as lead counsel in various jury and bench trials and arbitrations throughout the United States, Mr. Lichtman is also a specially trained and experienced mediator. Attorneys throughout the country, many which initially met him through trying cases against him, have increasingly called upon Mr. Lichtman to give his opinion or “early neutral evaluation” of lawsuits and other disputes, and to serve as a mediator for complex cases involving claims of breach of fiduciary duty, defective construction, insurance coverage disputes, among other matters.

Mr. Lichtman has lectured extensively throughout the United States and published articles on subjects ranging from employee dishonesty claims, construction claims, insurance coverage, and suretyship matters, among others.
