STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. They received a JD Powers award for customer service this year. WHAT A JOKE!!!! How much of their customer’s money did they use to pay for that marketing? Our postage meter battery died and we called to be told they would send a new LEASED meter. When we received the new meter and a $900 bill, we were very confused. We never agreed to purchase a new meter. We have been trying to get in touch with a customer service rep who could help us: Provide a box to return the new meter Help us close our account and review our contract It has been 2 months of calling every week and getting nowhere. Their website is HORRID and completely useless. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A POSTAGE METER WITH THIS COMPANY- THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND LOCK YOU IN TO A SITUATION ONLY THEY CAN END. We are considering small claims court because they continue to send us late fees and bills and yet we have explicitly opened a “Case” with them and spoken to MANY DIFFERENT CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
